  • Inventory Control: Monitor cost of materials used in each department.
  • Compliance: Continuous monitoring and analysis of agreements to ensure full and timely compliance.
  • Annual Business Plans: Review and analyze the operator's annual plans, and provide full analytical reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Capital Improvement Planning: Provide full management and coordination services for all planning, design, and cost engineering projects, including Property Improvement Plans (PIP) and renovation projects.
