Assess the organizational structure to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, identifying strengths and weaknesses while recommending alternative, more profitable or manageable approaches.
Conduct regular meetings with the operator to analyze P&L statements and provide monthly performance reports, including forecasts for ownership.
Sales and Marketing : Monitor the hotel’s market position and any shifts in its competitive landscape; review and assess Sales and Marketing strategies, programs, and personnel.
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing asset value through increased revenue and cost-cutting measures.
Expenses and Inventory Control : Track the cost of materials utilized in each department to maintain efficient budgeting.
Compliance : Continuously monitor and analyze agreements to ensure complete and timely compliance.
Annual Business Plans : Review and analyze the operator’s annual plans, offering detailed analytical reports and recommendations for improvement.
Capital Improvement Planning : Provide comprehensive management and coordination for all planning, design, and cost engineering projects, including Property Improvement Plans (PIP) and renovation initiatives.
